Hi,
We schedule a lot of our appointments through Activities>Appointments on Dynamics 365.
Since Yesterday all appointments created are not sending out email invitations to our customers.
This is only happening for certain roles. It works fine for user if I assign them a system admin role which is not feasible.
Was there any permissions changes made recently that would stop this?

Are you using Server Side Synchronization?
Try opening the failures dashboard to see if there are any failures happening and what error message it gives you.

This typically happens when changing to SSS and using the App for Outlook, when users don't have permissions to "Read Email Server Profile" which is required.
