Communcation Error in AX 2009: Disconnects the AOS Service automatically

Hello,

I would like to seek from you guys regarding with my problem. Everytime I run the report it disconnects the AOS instantly and giving me this error:

 

And the services for this AOS stops and I need to start again. Can you help me with this problem? Thank you.

    I got this Error: Eventname is AP Crash and I did some research they say its not related to AOS?

    This error message is not having any specific details.

    Please review if you find any other error message in windows event log

    Please let us know if you have multi server installation or single server installation

    Dear Nitesh,

    This is the error I am getting:

    Event ID : 184

    The Microsoft Dynamics AX Application Object Server is running on an operating system that is not supported. The supported operating system versions are Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2.

    but the AOS was installed in Win Server 2008 R2.

    Hi Ivan,

    You can solved the issue by installing the latest Roll Up (AX 2009 RU8) from Microsoft in your AX 2009 Environment and completing Initialization Checklist.
