On the Contact form I want to create a Case, so I am clicking on the '+' icon. The Quick-create section of the screen appears at the top of the screen, but it is totally blank. i.e. none of the fields from the form are displayed. I have checked the setup of the Quick create form in Customisations and it shows as 'Active'.
I am using Dynamics 365 out of the box with just a few customisations on the Case form (added 2 new fields).
I am using Edge on Win 10 and I get the same behaviour in Chrome.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to try and diagnose the issue?
