Dynamics NAV 2015 Warehouse receive is required

Hallo together

we have upgraded a customer from NAV 2009 R2 to NAV 2015

When create a Credit Memo Line with Location Code with "Directed Put-away and pick" then after validate the quantity field we get the error "Warehouse Receive is required for line = 10000"

In NAV 2009 R2 no error appears

Any idea how to create the Credit Memo in NAV2015 with this Location Code

You cannot receive the items from the purchase credit memo card page. You have to receive the items through a warehouse document, namely "warehouse receipt".

Previously your credit memo must have "Released" status.

Hi,

Yes, there is a change. In 2015 if you want to do a Credit Memo with out Warehouse Receipt for the "Directed Put-away and pick" enabled Location you have to use "Get Posted Document Lines to Reverse" and try to post.

In this case it will not prompt to create Warehouse Receipt.

No, when i use the function Get posted Document Lines... and this line have the same Location Code (Directed Put-Away and pick), the error is the same

Hi Peter,

I tried on 2015 base instance it went fine didn't ask for Warehouse Receipt while Credit Memo (using Get Posted Document Line...)check the below screen shots. Here I didn't don any Warehouse Receipt.

System will automatically detect Warehouse Entries as you are doing it from GET POSTED LINES... and Reverse them.
