Set Active Stage in Case business Process

Posted on by 155

Hi All,

The business process created does not allow stages to be set to Active.  set to Active is blurry.

I have tried deactivating my process and creating a new one, even migrating a process from an environment that is stable (where it currently works) to my target environment but to no avail.

Have anyone come to this issue and any recommendations?

Thanks for your response. We are OnPrem so that update was not released yet for us. Patience I suppose.

    Hello Stacey,

Microsoft acknowledged the bug and supposedly addressed it in Dynamics 365 update: 8.2.0.774.  I rolled back our environment to CRM 2016 though before Microsoft made this fix available, and have yet to apply the fix.  Maybe I'll apply it to test in a week or two.  Good luck!

We have the same problem.  The stage will seemingly advance but the Active flag stays on the previous stage and it doesn't appear that the stageid field changes.  Uh oh, this is going to wreak havoc on a new system we need to rollout soon.  I'm going to open a support ticket on this.
