Dear Experts,
The need is to make a customized form default to other users in d365 FO. I have followed the below links

However, when i try to default a view and export it to other user. That view is not defaulted for that user instead have to do it manually.
Please assist as i require to perform a bulk export to thousands of users as their default view.

Instead of exporting the view, you can publish the view to people with one or more security roles. Using that feature, you can pin it as a default.
Thanks for the prompt response. I have tried to publish but unable to find the 'pin to default' option
When you switch your personalized form list,
You can see "Pin as default" in the function item on the right side of save as.
"[10.0.9/Platform update 33 or later] Determine if the view should be published as the default view for the selected users." Please refer to this Doc: docs.microsoft.com/.../saved-views
If your version is not PU33 or late, you need to upgrade it.

The issue is related to PU. The env i was trying to use was PU32. Thanks again for your response!
