From the UI, you’d select a resource and assign a calendar or manually update ‘Work Hours’. What I’m looking for is a way to import those work hours into Dynamics. Apparently there is a Calendar entity for this purpose but I am not sure...
If you have Project Service Automation in your instance, you can save the work hour of one resource as a template and then apply these to 1..25 resources at once.
There is an idea on the ideas portal (experience.dynamics.com/.../ ) to provide this functionality also in Field Service.
Alternatively you can use XRM Toolbox, which also provide the ability to do mass-updates.
