How to set the 'To' field in real time marketing

In outbound marketing marketing emails you can set the to field i.e. email address 1 email address 2 etc. 
 
Does anyone know how we do that in the real-time marketing area, please? I can't see it in the email builder - has it moved elsewhere?

    Hi,
     
    Based on the information you provided, our team tested RTM Mail and found that RTM Mail is always used in conjunction with RTM Customer Journeys. You can put the users you want to receive the email into the same customer journey.
