Clickdimensions Automation blank after migration to Cloud

A client has copied the Clickdimensions on-premise to the cloud (in Sandbox).

Our published Campaign Automations have been badly affected in both environments. 

The Campaign Automation Status is Published. When you open the builder, the status is draft and the canvas is blank. Participants were in the middle of the journey, and now we can't tell where they were in the journey.

How do we recover/restore the Automations?
