Every time I select a specific purchase order I get a blue screen error message that reads, "Sorry, that didn't work"
Is there anyone with the same problems that may have a quick fix?

It sounds like there may be an issue with your tenant. I suggest contacting Microsoft support to get this resolved.

If you haven't don any changes to the entity then you should contact Microsoft for assistance. Otherwise isolate the issue with your changes.
You can create a ticket using https://admin.dynamics.com
