D365 Customer Voice Surveys - Issues

For sending surveys, we are using Dynamics customer voice. With OOB customer voice surveys, emails are being sent with John Cena<surveys@email.formspro.microsoft.com> email address.

I know how to change the sender email address <surveys@email.formspro.microsoft.com>

But need help to understand how we can change 'John Cena'

The display for the default email surveys@email.formspro.microsoft.com is that of the logged in user i.e the user who is distributing the survey (via Email option Customer Voice or via Power Automate).

For our implementation, it always goes with same persons name... even if the survey creator are different users.
