Hi everyone,

My App integration got stuck on pending tracking for all tracked items.

In the log I get 5000+ Microsoft.Crm.Asynchronous.EmailConnector.ErrorSource.ExchangeError -2147167669 errors for three users

Exchange Online ServerSideSync with 365 CRM 9.1.0.35

All e-mail tests Succeeded

    Hi,

    Check if the email that is failing to sync has inactive contact.

    Also check the security role permisisons of the user for the outlook app.

    Every e-mail fails. I only link to existing cases.
