I am facing the below error while downloading the customer invoice using "Finance Agent in Microsoft 365 outlook" from Dynamics 365 F&O.

    Hello,
     
    My first guess is, that the Finance agent for Outlook must have access to F&O and that is not the case. Generally you can assume that all new functionality like this does not have access by default, and has to be manually granted permission. You could search online for guides on how to configure the Finance agent in Outlook for F&O.
