How to move the Main Form Only from a CRM instance to another instance

Hello Gurus,

So, i have been asked to export Only the Main form of the entity using solutions and import it to another CRM instance. I do not see that option just to add only Form and the Lead is prety adamant about it, he says it is possible.

Please suggest.
