Item ownership transfer

Hi,

My company provides a subscription service to customers after customers buy our product. So we need to track who owns the product lately as customers may resell the product.

Oracle has TOO (Transfer ownership) function, I am wondering if D365 has similar function to track an item's ownership transfer history. E.g. item A was shipped to Customer A, the ownership is under customer A. Later, Customer A sells the product to Customer B, the ownership is transferred to customer B.

Appreciate if anyone can  share your experience or knowledge.

Thanks,

DL

    Hi Green,

There is item ownership in d365, but it just for vendor.

For your business, i think current version can not satisfy it.
