Unfortunately, that error doesn't say much about the nature of the error so it's near to impossible to help you with it.
Do you have any other logs may be that might help? Can you please provide the screenshot of the error screen?

1.Check if you have enough permissions on case entity?
2.Is this a recent error? Was it possible to save the case successfully before?
3.Can other entity records be sabed?
4.Try other form of the case entity to save records, same error occurs?
5.Check if there are any plugins or automated processes running on the case entity or on the js.
6.I would suggest you create a ticket for Microsoft Support to ask them to help you investigate the details of the error in the background.
