I am wonder if there is a way to import vendors in to Dynamics GP 2013?
Are you licensed for Integration Manager or SmartConnect?
You could use table import but you need to know the underlying table structures.

2. Using Macros
3. Using SQL Insert Statement
4. Using Third Party Apps
We do have integration manager but I have not created any integrations with it.

I would have your reseller install it for you. There a sample vendor import integration there along with a sample file.
