Hello,

I am currently looking to create multiple rollup queries using the excel template if possible.

There is a field called "Condition Criteria". This is obviously where I need to write my conditions but I am unsure if it will work.

If I am looking to create a rollup query for a goal for an individual persons revenue goal, I'm guessing it should look something like this in the condition criteria field:

IF "Owner" equals "Person A" AND "Actual Close Date" equals "This year" AND "Status" equals "Won"

Can someone confirm this for me please, or what way it needs to be done?

Hi partner,

Yes, we can import the Rollup Query with the excel template.

Step 1. First create a Rollup Query, and then set the condition criteria for it.

Step 2. Open the Advanced Find, look for Rollup Queries, then edit columns and add columns, select Condition Criteria.

Click Result and export the record just created.

This way, we wil get the Condition Criteria field value.

Step 3. Go to Advanced Settings > Data Management > Templates for Data Import, select Rollup Query and download.

This Excel is the template.

Whenever you want to create multiple Rollup Queries, copy and paste the value of Condition Criteria form the Excel of Step 2 into the template.
