Error on Sync of Field Service Mobile APP : Field Service Mobile(2017) app isn't compatible with your Dynamics 365 solution.

Hi Team,

Error on Sync of Fields Service APP in Mobile with latest D365 Environment.

When trying to connect to Field Service app getting error as "We cant synchronize your changes because this version of the Field Service Mobile(2017) app isn't compatible with your Dynamics 365 solution." Please find below screenshot for reference. FS-Mobile-App-Error.PNG

    The Woodford and app versions look good. What version of the Field Service solution did you install?

    The field "Enabled for Field Service Mobile is NOT on my Bookable Resource form either. I don't even see the field when the list of all fields when I try to customize the form.

    CRM Version : 1710(9.1.0.6228)

    Woodford  Version : 11.2.3.0

    FS Solution: FSDyn365_1.0.1322.woodford

    FS Mobile App Version : 11.2.206.0

    All of the above were just downloaded and installed today.

    Anyone have info on what the name of the form is so that I can try and edit it?

    Hi All,

    To be able to login in field service mobile app successfully, we need to perform 2 steps

    1. Create new bookable resource for the user who wants login in field service mobile app.

    2. Enable created bookable resource for field service mobile.

    Hello Mark,

    Some how i am unable to find the option as you mentioned for toggle the user enabled for Field service field . Can you please provide the screenshots and if possible navigation screens to go there?

    Find your resource record, open it and select field service - toggle the user enabled for Field service field

    Thanks for the information. I'm able to successfully install the APP, But Unfortunately when trying to Sync with Mobile App I'm getting error as : "Your organization has not set your account's Bookable Resource to be "Enabled for Field Service Mobile.""

    I've tried to publish the template with all versions i.e.,(9.0,9.1,11.1-9.2,11.2 and Latest) but still the issue persists. Unable to sync with APP.

    Please find the below screenshot for reference.

    Your Field Service version in CE will have updated and now there is a new Field Service Mobile Application (Tasks List and Wrench)

    Hi Mamatha,

    If you are using the recent version of Dynamics 365, then you have to use the new Fieldservice mobile app which has been published today.
