D365 online instance slowness problem

Hi all,

I have different instances on crm4.dynamics.com region and mostly have slowness issue whether or not sandbox or production environment. This problem occurs on empty instance (newly created) or 50GB database sized instance, there is no difference.

It's not about internet connection, because we tested with different bandwiths or connection types (4G, adsl, fiber etc), do you have any issue like this? I think it's about "crm4" region instances.

    Hi all,

    Thank you for your responsese. Actually I don't have any instances from other regions (like crm6), as Adrian told we usually choose CRM4 region in Turkey. I'm not sure maybe it's about Turkey's internet connection to abroad (maybe some packages blocked), but it's very serious problem for my projects. I have 4 different instances for myself and 6 different instances for my client's project and all of them is slow.

    Maybe I can setup a trial instance from other regions and test it.

    Hi Emre GULCAN,

    EMEA (crm4.dynamics.com) is the best region for instances used from Turkey so I do not think your chosen region will be the cause of the error. Your best bet is to contact Microsoft support to see if they can pin down the cause of the slowness.

    You should contact Microsoft Support in this case, I believe they can help you to troubleshoot the root cause easily.

    Hi,

    I don't believe that the performance can be generalized based on region and specially CRM4. It is possibly the accessibility of that region i.e. access a region outside of that region. I have access to multiple regions but the best performance I get from my local region which is Oceania (CRM6).

    Have you tested other regions as well? From the same machine/ locations?
