Hello,

Our agents are randomly getting errors loading controls and grid's.
Is there any way to see what could be causing these errors ?

When they clear their cache refresh the page, it often loads fine.

Hi,

You have a PCF control on customer field and the logic throwing error. to check more first click one Error Loading Control. Also, go to developer console of browser to get more details about error of PCF control.

For products, subgrid you have OOB control check console to get more details about error.
