Where can I find out if any notifications are sent to a client when a case is updated or closed?

I'm very new to Dynamics 365. We have set up a process to create a case when an email is received . I'd like to know if there are any notifications sent to a client as the case progresses in the process. Where should I be looking? I can see a few flows in the Power Automate environment. Is there anywhere else I should be looking?

Hi

There is no notifications that are being sent without you actually setting it up during configuration. Most new installations use powerautomate or logic apps to send notifications but there are many other ways to do this as well. Notifications can also mean many things but if setup per beat practice you’d see all notifications sent to contacts in the timeline for the particular entity. So either in the case timeline or contact timeline.
