Entitlements not expiring

We have a number of entitlement (well all that have passed the end date) that have passed their expiry date, and they have not automatically expired. Not too sure why. Nothing have changed in Dynamics that would cause this. Does anybody have any thoughts?

Thanks in advance...

    Hy Will,
Hope this post finds you well.
Kindly check if the workflow named ManageEntitlementState is still activated , as it is responsible to manage the status of the entitlements.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Ankit

    Hy Partner,

    Thanks for the reply.

If the organization is upgraded from 8. to 9.x , then please follow the steps as follows :-

    Run “ManageEntitlementState” workflow on demand

    1. If org is a sandbox instance, enable background processing if it is disabled [How to doc]
    1. Go to Advanced Find. Select “entitlement” as entity.
    1. Select All records.
    1. Click on “Run workflow” command

    1. Lookup Record dialog opens.
    1. Select “On Demand Workflows” view.
    1. Select “ManageEntitlementState” workflow.
    1. Click “Add” button.

    1. Click “OK” on the confirmation dialog.
    1. Click on Next page icon.

Also try to create the new entitlement and set the expiry date for tomorrow .

Check whether the entitlement is expired or not.

If not, then please reach open a ticket to Microsoft support and get it investigated.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Ankit
