    Hi, yes you should be able to edit the optionset found below under Entitlement Channel entity.

    You should be fine, although I wouldn't delete the ones already there, just change the names and add any others you require if you have more options

    Hi Dear,

    Greetings of the day!

    In regards to your concern,  In Entitlement Channel is a global optionset which is used in "Origin" field of case entity.

    You have to change optionset labels,but it is also reflect on "Origin" field of case entity.

    Steps to change Optionset label:
    1.Go to settings -> Customizations -> Customize the system
    2.From Left nn Components -> click on Option sets
    3.Double click on "Case Origin" (It will open option set in edit mode)

    From that you can change optionset labels.
