Hi,

I am trying to create Custom workflow on SalesAgreement form by default not available. I created the whole workflow from scratch assigned the workflow properties thru code on form post_init method. but workflow not activated at all?

I am using the latest update.
How can we activate a workflow on default forms?
Please advise.

Thanks,

I have follow each and every steps but canSubmitToworkflow methos is not called.

That's why workflow button is not enabled.

Now it's available, you create workflow without over layering.

Thanks for the update..

Yeah I added table methods as well. But table method (canSubmitToWorkflow) didn't execute at all. That is the reason.. But how can I resolve this?

Which event need to be used because? or SalesAgreementHeader by default no event available for this method like exist on those table where workflow provided by default.

Hi Uzair,

You have used the wrong product tag. "Sales" is related to CRM features (plan 1). You had to use "Finance and Operations". have corrected this for you.

Please review if the blog from Naresh can help you. E.g. did you create the table methods? community.dynamics.com/.../create-custom-workflow-in-d365-dynamics-365
