Technical mouse problem on every AX 2012 environment.

Hello,

Is there any patch for AX -

I have problem on many AX 2012 environments, that when I click on mouse, even it is not clicked computer "remembers" that the mouse is clicked (only on AX 2012), and when I am occasionally on some table, on a field, moving the mouse  - because computer "remembers" the mouse is clicked, it drag it, and duplicates the field (that's what drag doing ...)

Seems a kind of bug on AX 2012.

What doing in order to solve this problem?

(That's happen for many customers, who have AX 2012. I didn't encounter the problem on AX 2009).

Thanks :)

When you click on the mouse, you expect it not to be clicked? :)

    I don't think I understand the first sentence. :)

Ah, now I think I understand. Maybe you have "Click Lock" enabled?

That's a Windows feature, has nothing to do with AX

No. There is no click lock (that option not checked), and I have checked windows configuration already.

That's queer thing that happens especially for AX 2012.

Same configuration for mouse as old AX 2009.

    Hi Eitan,

I haven't seen this error before. Which exact version of AX are you using?

Try to update to the latest kernel build available. You can find the versions on this page: blogs.msdn.com/.../overview-of-ax-build-numbers.aspx

I think that this is version of windows, which AX is compatible to.

Windows 2012 may have problems, but I am not sure about that and don't know how changing the compatible windows version for AX 2012 (in axc file).

    Thanks :)

No, I am always using Win Server 2012 (R2) with AX, and have never seen that.
