Unable to write to Finance and Operations apps: Write failed for entity XX with unknown exception

Hi,

When clicking a button from a customized app in CE, i get this dual write error for a custom entity

    Have you checked the complete log file for possible more details on the error? In the part you shared, I don't see a hint apart from "crmServices.DestinationEnvironment is empty". I don't know if that is causing the issue.
