Hi,

1) How can we customize the sceduleboard so when we open the scheduleboard we can see the orders

2) Further more we don't care about the utilizations. So instead we wan't the oorders shown that is planned troughout the weeks

3) All the weeks in the scheduleboard starts with sunday instead of monday, how can this be changed? We have changed the starting week in system settings to monday. This however dosn't change anything?

    I believe that the utlization is based on the working hours of the bookable resource and the visible date range you have specified on the schedule board

    You can edit the resource template cell here - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/extend-schedule-board-custom-resource-attribute

    1. Can you elaborate on this point? Work orders are shown in the board and on the bottom panel, as out of the box

    2. Goto Schedule Board, select a tab, click on Setting on top right. A configuration window will open, find 'Resource Cell Template' and click on the field to open html. Remove these two lines:

      <div class='secondary-text ellipsis'>
    {{#if (eq (is-sa-grid-view) false) }}
    <div class='booked-duration'>{{BookedDuration}}<div class='fo-sch-clock'></div></div>
    <div class='booked-percentage'>{{BookedPercentage}}%</div>
    {{/if}}
    </div>

    3. I don't think there is a supported way to do this

    Hi,

    Related to your third question: it is impossible to change the first day of the week on the schedule board (https://community.dynamics.com/365/projectserviceautomation/f/dynamics-365-for-project-service-automation/370705/schedule-board---week-view-change-first-day-of-week/980223#980223)

    Ali Khan,

    I think you misunderstood me. i will try to explain further..

    1) I dont wan't to remove anything in the left resource tab. What i wan't is to remove all the utlization bars on the schedule board. So my work orders are shown directly (Like when i use the hour view). When i use the day view i see the utilization and have to click "+" in the upper left corner to display the work orders. I wan't to get rid of the utilization bars in the day view. Is hard to get an overview when i don't see the work orders imidiately....

    2) Same as 1.-. I wan't the work orders shown in week view. Exactly like in hour view...

    3) Any unsupported method?

    Hi Partner,

    As far as I know, Utilization Bar cannot be removed from the schedule board

    I'm not sure who has access to the web casts, but a while ago one of our product managers presented where we are heading wrt/ the schedule board. In a nutshell - in particular the experience of the non-hourly boards will be improved. Here is the recording:
