E-mail signature table borders

Hello everyone,
One of our customers is having a problem that seems strange to me:
this customer did switch on the synchronization between Dynamics 365 Sales and Outlook, and when they send an email from Dynamics 365 Sales, the borders of the table that make up the signature are displayed.
I tried to edit the signature by setting the width of the table borders to 0 and I also tried to copy the signature into our test environment: I can send emails smoothly without seeing the table borders, while they continue to see them.

Any help?

Hi, I found out it was the new look:
    With new look turned off:
As you can see no borders

    With new look:
As you can see borders appear.

I think this is due to the change of the rtf element in new look

    Hi,

I am using the Dynamics Sales trial version.
I have not reproduced the problem either.

In my tests, the table border in the email signature is 0.
The emails in outlook do not display borders.
I checked the HTML for the body of that email and the border of the table is 0.

It is recommended that you check the table border values in the HTML of the body of the email sent.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li
