Question about Customer Voice links sent from D365 Realtime Marketing Emails

I recently integrated CV with Realtime Marketing and was able to select a test survey and add the link to a button. 
 
My question is will this include contact record names in the survey response analytics or mark all the responses anonymous if send through this channel? 
 
and will I be able to filter by survey responders from within the contact tab? For instance pull a report of all who filled out the survey?
