the best way to find out what's wrong with performance is to see "Environment monitoring" in LCS.

Which version do you work on?

Was taht working fine before?

Is it happening lately?

You may open a ticket to Microsoft if it is happening lately and be sure if there isn't any customization that has been made lately.
