I see references to Customer Voice Alerts all over the product pages and there is even an entity called Customer Voice alerts (msfp_alerts) However there are no alerts to be configured anywhere in the user interface of CV. Is this feature still available?
JLucas - we are working on releasing the alert functionalities - the backend CDS changes have been rolled out and we will work on the UX release changes in the next few weeks.
@welly_lee, so it's the opposite of deprecated! Thanks for the head's up. Is it safe to assume the post-survey message rules is also just now out yet in the UX?
Yes. "Opposite of deprecated" :-) post survey message rule is being rolled out.
