i started the trial version of my Dynamics 365 CRM customer service module

Hi Dynamics Experts,

I started the trial version of my Dynamics 365 CRM customer service module. I want to customize the home page when I am trying to customize the page shows the below error. given error details also. Thanks in advance.

Error occured during initialization of control: msdyn_Microsoft.FirstRunExperienceControl;Message: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getSession')

    Hi,

    I am afraid that this home page is a non-editable control. It is by designed.

    You can only change the layout of the Customer Service Workspace.

    I went through the Omnichannel and understood your point. here I want to customize the default home page.

    To use the Home Page control, please access via the Omnichannel for Customer Service Application. All other scenarios are unsupported at this time.

    Can you please elaborate regarding omnichannel?

    Hi,

    The issue here is that the customer summary form can only load within a Dynamics Omnichannel application. This is because all of the requisite data to load the form is gained via the conversation control using omnichannel backend services. 

    it is by design the customer summary form will not load.
