Hi, in D365 Finance & Operations some users are unable to login even though they have user created ,Person Id selected & Employee Role added to these users.
They said before they able to login & they cleared the browser cache.

Check the URL which they are trying to open with. Is there any restrictions on users in terms of companies(assign organisations).
A silly question, but do they have the system user role added?, I understand that you have checked they are also enabled.

Please check
1- If the users use the correct URL to connect to D365FO
2- If the affected users are active on the environment and have correct value for "Provide" and "Email"
3- If the users have been assigned with correct security role(s)

If these users were able to login before, do you know what might have been changed in this environment? Or did something changed on their Azure AD accounts?
Ensure the user accounts are enabled and that they have at least one valid security role assigned.
I checked that user changed his password in AD , when i delete this user and import from AD & assigned users roles then he able to login, thanks for all
