Clarification needed on Attachment Manager for Azure Blob Storage

I need Clarification needed on Attachment Manager for Azure Blob Storage. I have tried for Dynamics 365 Online .

But I need to know the  same Attachment Management solution compatibility(support) for Dynamics 365 On Premises(Version 1612 – 8.2.2.112 On Premises ). If it support please give me prerequisites  for On Prem Dynamics 365.
