Hi experts,
I'm assisting a customer who is using the Dynamics 365 for Outlook add-in and wants to edit the menu that appears on the left-hand side (below the Inbox and other mail folders).
I can't see any way to edit this, does anyone know of a way to do so?
They want to hide fields that they wouldn't be using like "Field Service", "Portals" etc.
Thanks Ravi that definitely looks promising. It's unfortunate that there is no official documentation on how to do this, but I'll see if the customer can work it out.

Are you taking about the Outlook addin? If yes that you can edit the sitemap and for each subarea (entity), set the client as Web. You can either use XrmToolbox sitemap editor or inbuilt CRM sitemap editor or manually update the sitemap xml. Refer below links:
