Default Item Sales Tax on pending vendor invoice

Can someone please share with me how I can default the item sales tax on pending vendor invoice lines?
 
 
 
 
 
I'm able to default item sale tax for invoice journals.

    Hi,
    You can define "Item sales tax" on procurement category. Once you choose it on the order it can be replicated on the order:

    Thank you Alireza. I figured the setup must be in the procurement category somewhere . I guess my mistake was going to the specific procurement category and clicking on Edit Category Hierarchy. The Item sales tax groups fast tab disappears after going into edit mode.     Hi Barry,
     
    You should still be able to choose an individual Item sales tax group per procurement category.
    Just simply select the individual procurement category, do not click on ''Edit'' (see below)
