I have an issue with the Portal Home and log-in pages, that has recently arisen, for no apparent reason.
When a user is not signed in, the home and login pages do not load the stylesheets, as per the following screenshot:
However, when a user is signed in, the stylesheets load perfectly fine as before. I am unsure what happened. I have tried the website on Chrome and Edge and unfortunately do not have any errors to
identify what's gone wrong. I can see the link for the bootstrap.css file via the browser inspect tool in the head tag of the code but on the the style section of the inspect, it does not have any style from the css file.
Any help/suggestions much appreaciated
