
I have an issue with realtime journeys that start with a segment. I am using the "A one-time journey where newly added audience members can start any time" setting, but it doesn't work as expected.
I tried to use a dynamic segment (tried outbound and realtime) to start a realtime journey. The journey works for all the contacts that are already in the segment when activating. However, it doesn't trigger for new added contacts.
How can I create a RT journey that triggers for new added segment members in a dynamic segment?
