Upgrade of Dynamics C5 light 2008 to newer version

Hi

I have a C5 installation Dynamics C5 2008 light (version 4.2.0.256) for Win32 (SQL) running on Vista pro

I would like to update my C5 to the newest possible product.

Two questions:

What is my product called today ? (I am lost!)

What product can I upgrade to given it has to run on Vista pro and use my original 2008 license ?
