Hello everyone, we have the following problem and appreciate your expert support.
We are currently preparing the migration from CRM Server 2011 to the CRM server 2013 on premise version and one of the prerequisites is to have the Rollup 14 update patch installed on the server (KB2849744).
During the installation process of this Update Rollup 14 update package, the following error is encountered. I appreciate your support if you can tell me exactly what should be done to solve it and continue with the installation of this package.
Specific error:
"Action of error: Microsoft.Crm.Setup.Common.Update.DBUpdateAction, The SELECT permissions was denied on the object 'sysobj', database 'msdb', schema 'dbo' The specified @name ('MSCRM_MSCONFIG.SiteWideCleanup' already exists.
)". Critical error while creating job MSCRM_CONFIG.SiteWideCleanup. Create the job MSCRM_CONFIG.SitewideCleanup"
Thanks guys!
