Just enable Customer Service Insights, but yet clicking on Connect Data and selecting D365, just keeps spinning... Help?

You should be able to choose between connecting or loading the sample data by closing out the connection dialog. You may cancel this issue. It just spun for a really long time, trying to load the sample data instead first of loading my data. Tell the Dev team, they should provide a checkbox to decide if the user should see a sample data first, to manage expectations...
