Hi,
We are sending different emails using marketing emails, but in the insights part the unsubscribes number always is 0 and we are sure that we have unsubscribed contacts
Is necessary to change something in the configuration to sum unsubscribed contacts? Anybody has information about that o a similar situation?

Following! We see the same issue. The contact is actually unsubscribed in the back-end, but the report always says 0.

I'd like to confirm if you are sure that the unsubscribed contacts unsubscribed from this email by clicking the unsubscribe link in it.
Here in the insights tab of the email only tracks the contacts' interactions with the email.
Yes we are sure, that we have contacts unsubscribed from the email.

Please try to create a segment to filter out the contacts who have unsubscribed from the email and check if the contacts can be listed normally.
The segment is something like:
Hello,
were there any updates with this? It's not really ideal to have to create a segment for every individual email that goes out in order to see the bulk unsubscribes.

Hi I am experiencing the same issue where I sent an email out and unsubscribed form it but the report is showing 0 unsubscribes. Did you ever find a solution to this?
