Hi All,
We are on Dynamics 365 Version 1710 (9.1.0.3831) online, and I've been having an issue with my Mailbox in CRM, as it keeps getting disabled, and I'm having to Test & Enable it almost every second day.
Some critical processes, need clients to receive mails, before they can take the process to the next stage, and this is becoming an issue as the mails get stuck in 'Pending Send' status.
How any of you faced this problem? if so, i'd appreciate if you can suggest a fix for it.
