CRM Active Mailbox needs to be Enabled as it keeps getting Disabled

Hi All,

We are on Dynamics 365 Version 1710 (9.1.0.3831) online, and I've been having an issue with my Mailbox in CRM, as it keeps getting disabled, and I'm having to Test & Enable it almost every second day.

Some critical processes, need clients to receive mails, before they can take the process to the next stage, and this is becoming an issue as the mails get stuck in 'Pending Send' status.

How any of you faced this problem? if so, i'd appreciate if you can suggest a fix for it.

    Hi Kokulan,

    Thank you for your suggestion. I see that my mailbox features in the view : System-disabled mailboxes that previously synced properly on the Dashboard, but, I'm unable to see the reason why it was disabled.

    Is there a way to to know this information ?

    Hi Lu,

    Thank you for your resp0nse, but when I try to look at my mailbox, I do not see the screen which you have mentioned. One thing to note is that I'm not a Global Admin on the

    Prod CRM instance(I have System Admin privileges). I see the below(tried looking for alerts, but nothing loads up)

    I would recommend you use the Server Side Synchronization Failures and Server Side Synchronization Monitoring Dashbaords to monitor and identify the issues with SSS.

    Hi Toly,

    Go to the Mailbox Configuration window and click on Alerts in the Common column on the left.

    Check to see if there are any related information.
