Error in my purchase order

Hello community, I have this problem with a purchase order, how could I solve it, I would really appreciate it.

    At what point are you getting this error?
    The message says change management has been activated. So before you could make any edit, you need to reset your PO to draft. Check..

    Hi, In addition, if Purchase order status is Draft then check comment from Rafal in this old thread. And if status is not Draft then as Komi mentioned, due to change management enabled, PO should be in Draft status.
