Dexterity - how to rebuild dictionary

Hi,

I´m trying to find the KB from Microsoft with the procedure to rebuild the development dictionary from the .dic file, someone can help me?!!

I have the .dic file in my GP folder, but I need to do some change and I need the source code in dexterity.
