Can we hide related entites from showing up in the "Details" display area of Primary Entity's Navigation Pane

I am having a contact entity that is linked to Families Entity

Now when I open any contact entity and click on the arrow next to name on top navigation, the families is getting listed along with the Documents, Audit History, Activity etc

Is there a way to Hide this? I tried to open the customization for the entity and opened the relation to hide it but it only has shown below and there is no option

to hide it.

Hi,

Pls select "DO NOT DISPLAY' option from Display Option instead of USE PLURAL NAME.This will hide the related entity displaying from the tile navigation BAR.

please untag Portals here, this is purely CRM configuration

you can open the CRM contact form and double click the left pane representing the "navigation", select the relationships you don't want there and remove
