Good day!

Dynamics 365 F&O + SCM. Is it possible somehow to compare planned cost of the BOM with actual based on suppliers price. Before our company started production we calculated planned cost of the BOM. Based on this calculation we estimated project profit and sales price of the BOM. Now we started to collect prices of the components from suppliers. So I wonder if it possible in system to input our planned cost of the components and compare this costs with real prices of suppliers?

When do you enter the real prices? Do you enter the real prices after the start of a project?

@ivdtang, by real prices I mean Purchase agreements with prices and trade agreements. So initially we estimated cost of the BOM and we started to sign contracts with components supplier and we add Purchase agreements to the system.

That should be possible via the calculation group and the cost price model:

Via the cost price model the system can determine the source for price, for example trade agreements.

You can view the price estimation of a production order in the following form of a production order:
