Hi All
when converting an email to a case - there is a checkbox to 'open case' record on conversion - i have this checked to yes and since the CRM upgrade v9 - the window does not open anymore - this has been tested for all users and it works fine with the exact same security role therefore i think it is browser (chrome) related - pop up blocker is swicthed off
any ideas anyone please? this did not happen before (the case record opened when converting)

If it's because Google Chrome blocks pop-ups, you could add the D365 URL as a website of "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from".
