Unable to load plugin Assembly error while adding profiling configuration through PRT

Hi,

I want to debug custom workflow for that I click on profile workflow tab on PRT ,then profiler setting window pops up when I click ok it gives error saying unable to enable or update profile configuration due to an error(shown in screenshot).The error message shows unable to load plugin assembly.I am unable to solve the issue.Please help

I had faced this issue but unfortunately didn't solve it.So I used work around.I had created console app and debug my custom workflow by hard coding record id and tested work flow code.
